Anna Komann

Anna Komann is the founder and director of ZWISCHENRÄUME – Academy for Creative Therapies and Personal Development.
With an academic background in Musicology, German Studies, Theatre Studies, and Music & Art Therapy, and extensive training in classical singing, piano, choir conducting, acting, creative writing, yoga, breath–water–sound work, and psychotherapy (Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie), Anna combines deep knowledge with a holistic, creative approach.
Since 2001, she has been working in private practice as a music therapist and creative arts therapist, as well as a singing and harmonium teacher, seminar leader, and workshop facilitator. Since 2010, she has also been a freelance lecturer in music, art, trauma and voice therapy, yoga, and relaxation techniques at various institutes, including IEK and DIL in Germany.
In 2022, she founded ZWISCHENRÄUME, where she continues to teach creative therapy in professional trainings and seminars. A mother of four and a long-time singer and musician, Anna has performed in numerous concerts and contributed to six CD productions.
